    Bright golden color with radiant reflections. A soft mousse with a distinct bubble. Floral and nutty aromas with a hint of citrus combine with rounder notes of ripe and dried fruit. Perfect as an aperitif or with a small snack. The Brut Tradition complements dishes featuring rich fish like salmon and tuna, but also pairs wonderfully with shellfish and mild cheeses.

  • Productieproces

    For this Champagne, only the purest and most concentrated grape juices are used, obtained during the first gentle pressing of the grapes (cuvée). After blending, the wines are aged on lees in the bottle for at least three years.
