Collection: Rose

Rosé Champagne is a refined sparkling wine known for its elegant pink color and versatile character. This Champagne is made using red grapes such as Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, sometimes combined with Chardonnay. Rosé Champagne offers a wide range of aromas and flavors, ranging from fresh and fruity to fuller and more complex, depending on the production method and the winery.

There are two ways to make rosé Champagne. The most common method is the assemblage method ( rosé d'assemblage ), in which a small amount of still red wine is added to the white base wine before the second fermentation in the bottle. This allows for precise control of the color and flavor intensity. Another method is maceration ( rosé de saignée ), in which the red grapes are briefly fermented with the skins. This gives the Champagne its pink color and more structure, resulting in a more intense and powerful flavor experience.
