Returns

Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, then first of all we are of course very sorry to hear that. We would be glad to get in touch with you to find a suitable solution.

To be eligible for a return, it is important that the items are unused and in the original condition in which you received them. Personalized items are exempt from returns.

Send us an email with the order number, your name and the items you would like to return. You will receive a message from us with instructions for the return shipment. It is also possible to complete the withdrawal form and send it to us. It can be found on the following page; https://selectedbydronk.nl/pages/retourneren.
Please note: the costs of the return shipment are at your own expense and will not be reimbursed by us.

Once the items have been shipped and have arrived at our premises, you will receive an email with a confirmation of receipt. If the return has been approved, a refund will be issued. This is usually processed within a few days, after which the amount will be refunded via the original payment method.

Please note: Our return policy applies up to 14 days after the purchase. After this period, it is no longer possible to make use of our return policy.

Breakage?
In the event of breakage, please contact us immediately and unpack the product as little as possible. We would like to receive a photo of the (un)opened package, in which the damage is clearly visible.
