In Terre de l'Irizée Rosé, the grapes are carefully destemmed and macerated for 10 to 12 hours using the saignée method to achieve the subtle color and aromatic intensity. Fermentation is completely natural with wild yeasts, without cold stabilization or filtration. Vinification takes place entirely in oak barrels, where the wine develops structure and roundness. Malolactic fermentation is carried out for added softness and balance. After bottling, the wine is aged extensively on its lees, giving it finesse and depth. Only 1,800 bottles are produced annually.
Serve between 10 and 12°C.

A light salmon pink color with a refined, lingering mousse. The nose opens with aromas of strawberry, raspberry, and blood orange, complemented by notes of rose petals and almond. On the palate, a soft, creamy texture emerges, blending red fruit, citrus, and subtle woody notes. The structure is energetic with a mineral freshness that elegantly concludes the wine. The finish is long, clean, and refreshing, a rosé champagne that effortlessly combines power and refinement.
