Parcellar Champagne is a champagne made from grapes grown from a single plot (or several closely related plots) within a vineyard. This production method focuses entirely on the unique character of the plot, or terroir. Soil type, location, microclimate, and grape variety play a central role and determine the champagne's flavor and structure.

Parcellaire Champagnes are often produced in limited quantities and are prized for their exclusive and authentic expression. They are usually made without blending to best highlight the pure characteristics of the parcel.
