Non-Vintage

Non-vintage Champagne is a blend of grapes from multiple vintages. This allows Champagne houses to maintain consistent quality and style year after year, regardless of variations in climate and harvest. The blend consists of base wines from recent harvests, supplemented with reserve wines from previous years.

Non-vintage champagnes are generally younger and more readily available than vintage champagnes and are often considered a champagne house's calling card. They are perfect for various occasions and versatile, both as an aperitif and with various dishes. Thanks to this balance between tradition and continuity, non-vintage champagnes are the most sold and recognizable style in the champagne world.

    The first but certainly not the last time!
