De Boursault Rouge is een zeldzame stille rode wijn uit de Champagne, een Coteaux Champenois van 100% Pinot Meunier. La Villesenière maakt hem volledig van het Boursault-terroir aan de linkeroever van de Marne.

De druiven komen van een perceel dat al in 1919 werd aangeplant, met zeer oude stokken. De wijn rijpt vierentwintig maanden op eikenhouten vaten en heeft fijne, delicate tannines.

Een echte liefhebbersfles, want stille rode wijn uit de Champagne is uiterst zeldzaam. Beschikbaar in bouteille (75 cl).

24 maanden rijping op eikenhouten vaten. Stille rode vinificatie (geen mousse).

    Licht en elegant van structuur, met rood fruit en fijne, delicate tannines. De rijping op hout geeft een subtiele kruidigheid.

    Schenk tussen de 14 en 16°C. Op een koele en donkere plek bewaren.

  • Productieproces

    Stille rode Coteaux Champenois van 100% Pinot Meunier, volledig van het Boursault-terroir. Druiven van een perceel uit 1919, 24 maanden gerijpt op eikenhouten vaten.
