Collection: Champagne Aurore & Florian Laval

Independent and biodynamic winemaker

The history of the Laval family began in 1870 when Jules Laval inherited a large plot of farmland and decided to cultivate grapes. For over 100 years, the Laval family explored and discovered the rich and diverse terroir of Boursault from generation to generation. After more than 80 years, the time had come to create its own Champagnes with true identities.

The estate is currently in the hands of the new generation: Florian and Aurore. Aurore thrives in nature, connected to the vines, while Florian dedicates himself entirely to the art of winemaking, harnessing the full potential of the Boursault terroir.

Champagne Aurore & Florian Laval embraces a biodynamic approach, devoting great care to grape cultivation and champagne production in harmony with nature. The principles of biodynamic viticulture align with organic practices. For example, Champagne Aurore & Florian Laval uses no chemical pesticides. However, biodynamic Champagne goes even further. In the vineyard and during the production process, the vineyard is strictly aligned with the lunar cycles.
