The houses in our portfolio
We are not a shop that orders from a wholesale catalogue. We buy directly from these growers and taste at the cellar table before taking anything along. All récoltant-manipulant: they farm their own grapes and make their own champagne from them, in runs of thousands rather than millions of bottles. Deliberately mixed by area, grape and style, from classic to outspoken.

We test every champagne against hard criteria: the price-quality ratio, whether the house can account for its work, whether the style really adds something to what we already carry, and which area the grapes come from. At a tasting with three hundred champagnes there are sometimes only one or two where we think: this adds something. Those we take, the rest we leave. Read how we choose.
