Shipping information
As soon as you have placed an order through the webshop and we have received payment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us. From that moment on, we will get to work on your order!
All orders will be shipped with DHL, PostNL or DPD/Vinologix. Vinologix is specialized in shipping bottles of wine in a safe, easy, fast and economical way. As soon as the order is ready for shipment, you will receive an e-mail with a Track & Trace code.
Delivery time
The package will usually be delivered to the specified delivery address within 1-2 working days (unless a different delivery date is indicated on the product page). DHL, DPD and PostNL deliver from Monday to Saturday, between 09:00 and 17:30. We do our best to have the order delivered as soon as possible. If the delivery is delayed or if a product is unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Belgium & Germany
The delivery time to Belgium and Germany is 1 to 3 working days (unless another delivery date is indicated on the product page).
Not at home?
Package containing alcoholic beverages: the courier will usually try again the next working day. If this delivery attempt also fails, the parcel will be taken to the nearest parcel shop, where it can be collected within 5 to 7 days (depending on the delivery service) with a valid form of identification. If you have not collected the parcel within that period, it will be returned to us.
Package without alcoholic beverages: the courier will try to deliver the parcel to the neighbours. If that also fails, the parcel will be delivered to the nearest parcel shop and a note with further instructions will be left in the mailbox, or another delivery attempt will be made at a later time. If the parcel is handed in at the nearest parcel shop, it will usually be kept there for 5 to 7 days (depending on the delivery service). If you have not collected the parcel within that period, it will be returned to us.
Breakage?
In case of breakage, contact us directly and unpack the product as little as possible.
Delivery costs
Shipping within the Netherlands costs €7,95 and is free for orders above €75,-. To Belgium it is €9,95, also free above €75,-. To Germany and the other European countries we charge €12,95, free above €250,-.
*Important: delivery only takes place against a legally valid signature for receipt. This is only valid if the signature is placed by a person of 18 years or older!
