Are you not satisfied with your purchase? How unfortunate. We would be happy to get in touch to find a suitable solution.

To be eligible for a return, it is important that the items are unused and in their original condition as you received them. Personalized items are exempt from returns.

Send us an e-mail with the order number, your name and the items you would like to return. You will receive a message from us with instructions for the return. It is also possible to fill in and send the form for revocation.

As soon as your return shipping is received by us, you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation of receipt. If the return has been approved, a refund will be made via the original payment method. This is usually processed within a few days.

In case of breakage, it is extremely important that you take a picture of the package before you open the package. We would also like to receive a photo of the opened package, in which the damaged article is clearly visible.

Please note: Our return policy applies until 14 days after the purchase. After this period it is no longer possible to use our return policy.
