How many glasses does a bottle of Champagne make?
That depends on the size of the glass. A standard 75cl bottle usually yields around 7 glasses.

We order a large number of products from Italesse several times a year. If you'd like to order a specific product, please contact us. We can include it in your next order.
I'm organizing an event, how can you help me?
Great! Of course, we can supply Champagne, but there's more. Consider our festive Champagne Tower, for example. We can also organize a tasting or teach you how to saber. We also work with a caterer who can serve appropriate appetizers or a full course menu.
Can I book a tasting with you?
Absolutely! We love sharing our passion and like to keep our tastings informal and relaxed. The goal of the tasting is to enjoy and learn something. A tasting can be fully customized to your wishes.
Do I need any knowledge to attend a tasting?
No, the tasting can be tailored to your needs. For beginners, we can offer a basic tasting, where we'll guide you through the Champagne-making process and its influences on Champagne. You'll learn to recognize and distinguish aromas, texture, acidity, and more.
Can I have products made with my own logo?
We offer various products that can be printed with your own logo. These include stoppers, coolers, and gift boxes.
I'm looking for a promotional gift, what options do you have?
We offer a variety of options, from large to small. For example, we can print stoppers or other accessories with your own design, print Champagne boxes (for one bottle) with your own design, or create a Champagne package with a bottle, stopper, and glasses. We're also available for customized promotional gifts.

How can I pay?
You can pay with iDeal, credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Maetro), Klarna, UnionPay and Bancontact.
Can you create an invoice?
That's certainly possible! Just email the details to info@selectedbydronk.nl, including your order number.
Delivery and returns
What are the shipping costs?
Within the Netherlands, shipping costs are €7,95 EUR . For orders above €75, shipping is free. For shipping to Belgium and Germany €9,95 EUR charge is always applied.
When will my order arrive?
Orders placed on weekdays before 10:00 AM will be shipped the same day. Packages are usually delivered the next day. We do our best to deliver your package as quickly as possible, but in some cases, it may take a little longer. Please keep an eye on your Track & Trace code.
Which countries do you ship to?
The webshop only shows the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany options, but we also offer worldwide delivery. For worldwide delivery, please contact us to place an order.
I received a broken glass/broken bottle, what now?
Unpack the package as little as possible and take a few photos of the damaged product (inside and outside the packaging). Send the photos to info@selectedbydronk.nl, including your order number. We will then work with you to find a suitable solution.
I would like to return my order, how can I do that?
Send an email to info@selectedbydronk.nl, stating your order number and the items you're returning. You'll receive a reply with further instructions. Please note: only unused and unopened items can be returned. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
