Shipping policy
As soon as you have placed an order through the webshop and we have received notice of your payment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us. From that moment on, we get to work on your order!
Orders are usually shipped with DHL, PostNL or DPD/Vinologix. Vinologix specialises in shipping bottles of wine in a safe, easy, fast and affordable way. As soon as your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an e-mail with a Track & Trace code.
Delivery time
The parcel is usually delivered to the specified delivery address within 1-2 working days (unless a different delivery date is indicated on the product page). DHL, DPD and PostNL deliver from Monday to Saturday, between 9.00 and 17.30. We do our best to have your order delivered as quickly as possible. Should delivery be delayed, or should an item unexpectedly not be in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Belgium & Germany
The delivery time to Belgium and Germany is 1 to 2 working days (unless a different delivery date is indicated on the product page).
Not at home?
Parcel containing alcoholic beverages: the courier will usually try again the next working day. If this delivery attempt also fails, the parcel will be taken to the nearest parcel shop, where it can be collected within 5 to 7 days (depending on the delivery service) upon presentation of a valid proof of identity. If you have not collected the parcel within that period, the parcel will be returned to us.
Parcel without alcoholic beverages: the courier will try to deliver the parcel to your neighbours. If that also fails, the parcel will be delivered to the nearest parcel shop and a note with further instructions will be left in your letterbox, or another delivery attempt will be made at a later time. If the parcel is handed over to the nearest parcel shop, it will usually be kept there for you for 5 to 7 days (depending on the delivery service). If you have not collected the parcel within that period, the parcel will be returned to us.
Breakage?
In the event of breakage, please contact us immediately and unpack the product as little as possible. We would like to receive a photo of the (un)opened parcel in which the damage is clearly visible.
Shipping costs
Within the Netherlands, the shipping costs are €7,95 and shipping is free from €75,-. To Belgium the costs are €9,95, also free from €75,-. To Germany and the other European countries we charge €12,95, free from €250,-.
*Please note: DHL, PostNL and DPD/Vinologix only deliver upon obtaining a legally valid signature for receipt. This signature is only legally valid if it has been given by a person aged 18 or older! Read more in the geborgde werkwijze (secured working method) that we uphold.
