Biodynamic Champagne is a sparkling wine made according to Rudolf Steiner's biodynamic farming principles. This approach revolves around creating a natural balance in the vineyard, respecting soil health, biodiversity, and cosmic influences such as the phases of the moon. Synthetic pesticides and fertilizers are avoided; instead, natural preparations are used to strengthen the soil and vines. This results in healthy vineyards where the grapes develop optimally and the unique characteristics of the terroir emerge. Biodynamic Champagne offers a pure, complex flavor experience and contributes to sustainable and environmentally friendly viticulture.
