Gift card

The gift card is digital. You receive it by email, with its own code, the value and the date until which it is valid. So no card comes in the post. If you don't enter a recipient when you order, the gift card goes to your own inbox and you pass it on whenever you like. Forward the email, or write the code on a nice card.

Yes. When you order, tick that you want to send it as a gift and enter the recipient's email address, with a name and a personal message of up to 200 characters if you like. You also choose the day the gift card should arrive, up to 90 days ahead. You receive a confirmation yourself with the same code in it.

On everything in our webshop: champagne from the houses we import ourselves and the glassware to pour it into. You can also pay the shipping costs with the gift card. The gift card only works in our own webshop, not at bol, and you can't use it to buy a new gift card.

No. At checkout, enter the code in the field for the discount code or gift card. If your order costs more than the balance on the gift card, you pay the difference another way. If it costs less, the rest stays on the gift card for next time. You can always see the balance via the button in the email.

Two years. The exact expiry date is in the email with the gift card.

No, the gift card is valid for orders delivered or collected in the Netherlands. If you live elsewhere, you can still buy it for someone in the Netherlands.

First check your spam folder. If someone had the gift card sent straight to you, the code is also in that person's confirmation. Still can't find it? Email us at info@selectedbydronk.nl with the order number or the name of the person who bought the gift card, and we will sort it out for you.

No. Whatever you don't spend stays on the gift card until the expiry date.
