Loyal customers
We like to give something back to our loyal customers. Spend €1,000 or more within twelve months and you automatically get a discount on every order. You do not have to sign up for anything and you do not need a code.

We add up the total of your orders in our online shop over the last twelve months, including VAT and shipping. If you return or cancel something, the amount you get back comes off that total. Champagne, glasses and accessories count together.
How it works
- The discount is applied automatically at checkout, on everything in your cart. Only shipping and gift cards get no discount.
- We identify you by your email address, so always order with the same address. You do not need to log in.
- If an order takes you to a new tier, the discount that goes with it applies to later orders.
- We always look at the last twelve months, not the calendar year. Each order counts for twelve months and then drops out of the count. If that takes you below a threshold, you get the tier that goes with the new amount. If you fall below €1,000, you no longer have a tier or a discount until you reach that threshold again.
- Hospitality and other business customers with their own price agreements are not included.
Promotions and discount codes
- If a promotion is running and you are Bronze or Silver, your discount is added on top, on the amount after the promotion. As Gold you get whichever of the two saves you the most, calculated over your whole order.
- A discount code is not added on top of your discount: whichever of the two saves you the most applies.
Where do you stand?
Log in and put something in your cart, and the cart will show you where you stand. If you do not have a tier yet, it shows how much more you need for Bronze. If you have a tier, you see your discount on that order, and on product pages and in collections you also see your price with that discount, below the price shown.
