Proefnotitie
Light copper color with fine bubbles. The nose is ripe with aromas of yellow fruit, dried fruit, and forest floor. A true sensation of red fruit, such as cherry, on the palate. Beautifully structured and full-bodied. A Champagne with character. The ideal partner for any occasion; suitable as an aperitif, but also delicious with drinks or, for example, with a mushroom dish. Think of a bitterbal or mushroom risotto.
