We publish every review unchanged, including the critical ones.
How we collect them
1 of the 54 reviews comes from a customer we know ordered from us. After an order we ask customers for a review by email or WhatsApp, and they receive 10% off a future order, whatever they write. The other reviews were imported from bol.com or posted through the form on our site; we cannot check whether those reviewers bought from us. The average includes every review.
