Shipping information
As soon as you have placed an order through the webshop and we have received payment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us.
All orders will be shipped with DPD/Vinologix. Vinologix is specialized in shipping bottles of wine in a safe, easy and economical way. As soon as the order is ready for shipment, you will receive an e-mail with a Track & Trace code. On the day of delivery you will receive an e-mail or text message with the expected delivery time. If the given time slot does not suit you, you can easily choose a new delivery day.
Delivery time
The package will usually be delivered within 1-2 working days (unless a different delivery date is indicated on the product page). DPD delivers from Monday to Saturday, between 09:00 and 17:30. We do our best to have the order delivered as soon as possible. If the delivery is delayed or if a product is unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Belgium & Germany
The delivery time to Belgium and Germany is 1 to 2 working days (unless another delivery date is indicated on the product page).
Not at home?
DPD will try to deliver the parcel to the neighbours. If that also fails, DPD will try again on another day or the parcel will be delivered to the nearest parcel shop and a note will be left in the mailbox. DPD will make a maximum of three delivery attempts at the delivery address. If the parcel cannot be delivered after three attempts, you will receive a note in your mailbox with further instructions.
Breakage?
In case of breakage, contact us directly and unpack the product as little as possible.
Delivery costs
For delivery within the Netherlands the shipping costs are €4,95. For orders above €125,- the shipping costs are free. For shipping to Belgium and Germany we always charge €7,-.
*Important: DPD/Vinologix only delivers when obtaining a legally valid signature for receipt. This is only valid if the signature is placed by a person of 18 years or older!
